Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using QuickPoly (quickpoly.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. About the Service

QuickPoly is a digital store that sells original 3D models, Blender addons and 3D scenes. All assets are delivered as digital files for download after purchase. Prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD), and every purchase is a one-time payment — there are no subscriptions.

3. User Accounts

You must register with a valid email address and password to purchase and download assets. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. QuickPoly may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Personal data is collected exclusively for the operational purposes of the platform (account creation, providing the service, support and billing). The sale or transfer of this data to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through PayPal using its REST API. When you place an order, you agree to pay the price shown for the selected asset. The download becomes available only after PayPal confirms the payment. QuickPoly does not collect, store or process credit or debit card details.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

Once payment is confirmed, the purchased file appears in My Downloads and can be downloaded immediately. You can re-download your purchased assets at any time while your account remains active. Individual download links expire after a short period for security, but new links can be generated from your downloads page.

6. License and Usage Rights

Each asset is licensed, not sold. Unless the product listing states otherwise, purchased assets may be used in personal and commercial projects, including renders, animations, games, films, advertisements and client work.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense or publish the original asset files, or modified versions of those files, on any marketplace, website, repository or file-sharing service. Addons and scripts may be used inside your own projects, but their source code may not be resold or republished.

7. Refunds

Because assets are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a file has been downloaded. If a file is corrupt, missing or does not match its listing, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace the file or, at our discretion, issue a refund. Any refunds or disputes raised through PayPal are handled in accordance with PayPal's policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All assets, site content, design and branding on QuickPoly are the property of QuickPoly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive no rights to the files beyond the license granted in section 6.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access or download files without completing a purchase.
  • Circumvent access controls, payment checks or download protections.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer or extract assets for redistribution.
  • Use automated tools, bots or scrapers on the site.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. QuickPoly does not guarantee that assets are error-free or compatible with every Blender version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickPoly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of purchased assets, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the asset in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version is always available at this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
